A great 1960's Columbia Dentoforms dental model of a mouth and teeth with brace.
The company go right back to 1914 in Columbia University Engineering School USA when they started making phantom model heads and teeth for educational and professional use.
They could also be placed into a phantom head, but on their own they very much allow for maximum opening, see video below, for absolute access.
Made from Wax Gum and Chrome with any wear consistent with age and use, but actually it looks just grand.

The form has the name of its owner in typical 60's label gun sticker style and written on the box.
The box is more worn than the form itself and contains a roof of the mouth plate, some teeth and extra "wax".
