19th Century Carved Trihedral Doll
Large 19th century carved wood trihedral doll, probably from Sergiev Posad which was famous for these and its nesting dolls.
We have mounted it on a Perspex stand(can be easily removed)
Standing 25cm tall (on its own)
30.5cm tall (on stand)
8cm wide at dolls base
She has lost one hand, but her colour is still so great for a doll this old.
Isn’t she just a very stylish lady about town, gorgeous gown, and that hat!
